Omnitele’s VP, Arnold van Holten, Head of Performance Management, held a presentation on Customer Experience Focused Remote Performance Management at the Managed Services & Network Sharing event.

The key message was that performance management is an efficient tool for maintaining high level of Quality of Service and through that high customer satisfaction. Omnitele argues that performance management should be rather customer than network centric and proactive rather than reactive. It is also a great tool for efficient vendor management. Omnitele has developed, in co-operation with our clients, an efficient outsourcing model for performance management, which accommodates the above mentioned goals.
